I Want To Tell You
When Elliot got there he saw Kayla and ran up to her, "What happened, are you ok?" he asked.
"I'm fine, but I have something to tell you," she said, "you asked me a question, and I never answered."
"Listen, it's ok, I already told you that and..."
"Yes."
"We should...what?"
"Y-e-s yes, the answer to your question is yes, I love you too, and I'd also love to be your girlfriend, t\o be honest, this was kind of my dream, and I've been waiting forever for it to become reality!" Kayla said with excitement in her voice, then her face turned red.
"Really! That's great, but, wait a minute, if all that's true, then, why did you run away from me?" asked Elliot.
"Well, that's the other thing I wanted to tell you, you see, I have a secret I wanted to tell you, and I trust you, but you have to promise that you'll understand, and that you won't tell anybody at all," said Kayla.
"Ok, I promise, but what exactly is it?"
"Ok, are you ready for this?" she took a deep breath "Well..."
Kayla was interrupted by a loud nearby sound, Alien, Alien, she heard Minna say inside her head. Kayla and Elliot ran until they saw a giant sunflower with eyes, a mouth, and tons of roots that were the legs, "That must be another Demon Worker," Kayla whispered to herself, "aw man, twice in one day, they don't pay me enough at the cafe." When the monster saw them it started to attack, luckily Kayla jumped and dodged it, but Elliot got hit and knocked aside, and then he was lying unconsciously on the grass. Kayla ran up to him, "Elliot, I'm so sorry, this is all my fault, and I don't want to, but I'll have to leave you here for awhile, but I'll be right back, I promise I will protect you, mo matter what," she assured him. Kayla put him somewhere safe, went back out and called up Nikki, "Nikki, this is Kayla, apparently the Crusaders sent another Demon Worker, it's at Fountain Gardens."
"Got it, I'm already halfway there, I'll see you in a minute," Nikki replied.
"Ok, I'll wait, but hurry," said Kayla. After awhile Kayla looked and saw Nikki running over, they transformed and headed towards the creature. It was really hard to hit it because its many roots kept attacking everywhere, and on top of that Nikki and Kayla were getting kind of tired. It struck both of them and they were down. Both Kayla and Nikki tried to get up, but they couldn't find the energy, then the demon picked them up, and they were struggling to get free. Kayla felt horrible, the Demon would just keep terrorizing people, and she couldn't do anything about it, then she remembered Elliot, and she looked at him and saw how hurt he was, and she remembered what the monster did to him, and the promise she made him, "You'll pay for hurting Elliot you big ugly monster, I made a promise to Elliot, and I'll keep it, and no big, ugly monster will top me, so you better stop messing around with my LIFE!" in a sudden blast of energy Kayla and Nikki broke free, then Kayla got out her wand, and shouted,
"Earth Flash Power!" and in an instant, the monster vanished, and in it's place a faint figure appeared, it turned out to be Spry, "I can't believe you won twice in a row today, you'll pay," she told them, and she was gone too.
"Thanks for the help Nikki," said Kayla.
"No prob, but you should be getting Elliot to a hospital, I have to go home, my parents are probably going to be wondering where I am, see you," said Nikki.
